I have been using inositol to help regulate my period from other companies but this is the only one that has helped me!
Currently on my third bottle. Absolutely love them for helping me with my PCOS. My symptoms have calmed down alot since starting these. Will definitely be buying again as its my holy grail!!
This supplement is fantastic. I love that it contains VitD, K and Zinc, so you don’t have to buy them separately.

I really like this supplement, I’ve tried a few magnesium tablets but these ones are the best. They really help me switch off at bedtime and I’ve been getting much better nights sleep!
I was recently diagnosed with PCOS, and having a horrible timewe with periods after coming off the pill. The supplements are great, I was dubious but they have really helped to regulate my cycle and I feel much better in myself. I’m really impressed with how well they have worked and would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely changed my PCOS journey. I had been taking inositol, vitamin D and K3 supplements for months prior to finding this. They helped with my energy levels and general alertness but I didn’t see any impact on my cycle. This Inositol plus has changed my life! I started three months ago and have had 3 normal natural menstrual cycles (noting I hadn’t had consistent cycles for years now). My energy is up, skin is glowing and my period is on track. Super grateful to have found this and I’ve just ordered a 6month stock. Honestly looking forward to the long term effects.
As someone with PCOS my cycles were always really long, heavy and unpredictable when they'd stop - sometimes they'd be over a week late. But since taking Inositol Infusion, I'm absolutely regular (pretty much to the day!) and my much lighter periods last on average 7 days. Really grateful I found these!

Its only been two months and I've not seen any changes good or bad. Which is fine. They say that things take 90 days to start kicking in so fingers crossed till then
I’ve been taking the supplements for a number of months now, and I’ve had 5 regular periods. Pretty much for the first time in my life, now postpartum with my 2nd child, who is 27 months. Previously, the only regular periods I’d have were whilst taking a progesterone supplement, which I did for two years. I wanted to give PolyBiotics a try, and I’m so pleasantly surprised, will be continuing for sure!

Having tried a few different brands. This is one of the best I have had. It's only been a few weeks since taking it and I have noticed some difference.
I have been taking this along with the pregnancy formula and have experienced better cycles (I think as my 3rd cycle is a bit hit and miss). Overall, I would recommend.
4 stars as it is easy to consume but sometimes I feel it has a taste and smell to it which can make me gag or put off.
Great supplement. At first opening had a very strong smell and I've made the mistake of opening the capsule to mix the powder with water, as I struggled to take big pills. Big mistake on my part!! The taste of the powder itself was awful. BUT after teaching myself to be able to swallow capsules, there is no weird taste or smell. The initial smell when opening the bottle is gone and when swallowing the capsule whole there is no weird taste.Alhamdulillah.
